Reviewer: Sharon K. Garner "Author" (PA, United States)
This book should be in every female executive's
briefcase. Using the fable structure, the author introduces us to Jesse Stevens, the fable's guide. Through Jesse, the author gives us shrewd insights into the world of the female executive and how she can break glass ceilings in business. In reality, the author has analyzed her own experiences with glass ceilings, and they translate very well to the page. Touching on everything from how to conduct yourself with colleagues (male and female), motivations, management values and strategies, wardrobe, to when to move on, Diane Dutton has written a winner.
